Service preparation, training and determination of pilot experience levels, flight control and management, and duty time management.

MAINTENANCE ORGANIZATION
Preparation of services, training and determination of the level of experience of aircraft maintenance technicians, management of technical files and supervision of maintenance, correction of faults, control of equipment and hangars and maintenance facilities.
CABIN SAFETY
Services Preparation, cabin crew safety training, pilots common procedures and cabin crew members on emergency situations and passenger safety procedures (air and ground).
TASKS PERFORMANCE OBSERVATION
Monitoring of lines operated in the cockpit, hangar and workshop, as well as the classroom.
